Requirements for re-entry per country

Requirements for re-entry depend on the country travelled to.
This FAQ page contains useful links to re-entry requirements for different countries.

PCR Test

1. When will my PCR test result be available?

This depends on the chosen type of PCR test. We currently offer the following two PCR test types:

  • DCC Rapid PCR Test
  • Rapid PCR Test

DCC Rapid PCR Test

The test result will be available within 45 minutes.

Rapid PCR Test

Results are analysed at our facility under auspicien of Dr. Alexandre Marques. The test result will be available wthin 60 minutes.

2. Is it possible to prioritise my PCR test to have the result become available earlier?

It is not possible to speed up the analysis process. 

3. How can I cancel my appointment?

Appointments can be cancelled by sending an email to info@testcoronadirect.com.

Please mention the following in your email:

  • Booking ID
  • Full Name

 

Antigen Test

1. When will my Antigen Test result be available?

Antigen Test results are usually available within 20 minutes.

2. What is the difference between an Antigen Test and a DCC Antigen Test?

– DCC Support

The test performed is exactly the same. A “DCC Antigen Test” result can be downloaded in a DCC APP, whereas this is not possible for the standard “Antigen Test”.
You will receive a link to a downloadable international travel document in PDF-format.

3. How can I cancel my appointment?

Appointments can be cancelled by sending an email to info@testcoronadirect.com.

DCC APP Support

1. Which tests currently support downloading the test result in DCC APP?

We currently offer four different test types:

  • Antigen Test – DCC not supported
  • PCR Test – DCC not supported
  • DCC Antigen Test – DCC supported
  • DCC Rapid PCR Test – DCC supported

 

Payment information

We prefer online payments.

Online payments can be made using our Mollie plugin.
Mollie supports the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card
  • iDEAL
  • SOFORT Banking
  • Bancontact
  • eps
  • Giropay
  • Przelewy24
  • KBC/CBC Payment Button
  • Belfius Pay Button

If you are not able to use any of the payment methods listed above, you can choose to pay at our location using debit card or cash. If you pay using cash, we ask you to bring the exact amount as we have only limited change available at our location.

 

 

 

Refund Policy

Test Corona Direct will fully refund payments made for appointments that are canceled at least 8 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Appointments that are cancelled within 8 hours of the scheduled appointment time will not be refunded.
Refund payments will be made to the bank account that made the initial payment.
Refund payments can be expected within 2-4 days after we have confirmed the cancellation.
